Shipping & Returns

All our products are shipped within 1-2 weeks of ordering. Bows, Bandanas, Tees, Pyjamas, Zip Pouch and Shopping Bag are sent by Royal Mail 1st class signed for at £2.95.  Hoodies, Sweatshirts, Bumbags, Cross Body Bags, Rucksacks and Toy Bags are sent 2nd Class Signed For at £4.

We do not currently ship internationally.

 

If you require an item by a certain date, please message to confirm.

For all personalised products you have a 24hour period to contact us if you have changed your mind. After that orders cannot be refunded or exchanged due to the personalisation of the items. For none personalised items these can be exchanged/refunded, if returned at the customers expense, in the original condition. In order for an item to be returned an authorisation code must be obtained within 7 days of receiving the item, and returned within 14 days.  A refund will not be made until the item has been received and checked.
